The Training Plan.  Training in the latest technology doesn't just benefit you, but us and our clients as well.  At Caelum Technology, each associate receives an unlimited annual subscription to Branbench, as well as access to our extensive Media Library.  Not only do we regularly stock multiple copies of the most popular technology books, but other books that can help you in areas such as Customer Relations, Personal Growth, Personal Accounting and Personal Fitness just to name a few.  At each of your annual reviews, we will check your personal development path and adjust accordingly based on new technologies and goals.  You may decide later on that you have more passion for ASP.Net over C# Client/Server applications, or enjoy database design and administration over application development.  Whatever your career goals, we'll do everything we can to help you grow in our company.

Company Resources.  Ever run into a problem that you needed help with right away? Or maybe you were just looking for some ideas. Lots of resources are available at Caelum Technology to help you when those times crop up. As an Associate, you'll gain access to the knowledge of your fellow developers as well as our internal Associates only web site and Chat Ring.  Each member of the Caelum team is just a click away either by special newsgroups or instant messaging.  Just log into the site to search for an issue, post a question, or see who's online and available to answer your question immediately.  Every post to a particular newsgroup gets emailed to the other members of that group so you can get the help you need right away. The site is also a great resource for finding the information you need outside of the Caelum Peer Networking system.  When a solution is found, it's posted to Caelum's huge online peer knowledgebase so the next person to run into the same problem has the answer right at their fingertips.

Associate Referral Program.  If staff members successfully refer a candidate who is hired, refer a new client that results in a project or discover new project opportunities with existing clients, they shall receive a $500 referral bonus. The bonuses are paid 90 days after the new full-time associate begins work, and 30 days after the first project invoice goes out. Even if you're no longer with the company, you may still be eligible to receive the bonus.
