At Caelum Technology, we believe that family
comes first. To that end, we pay 100%
of not only the associate's Medical, Dental,
Life, Long Term and Short Term Disability,
but we cover the Medical and Dental coverage
for their spouse as well. We provide
opportunities to contribute to our 401(k)
program, Healthcare Savings Account (HSA),
and Childcare Savings Account (CSA).
We do all this in the face of rising
insurance premiums. Why? Because it's
the right thing to do.

most employers offer the same package except
for small changes in co-pays or employer
