of sick days and a set number of vacation days, we've joined vacation, sick, personal and holiday time into one 6
week package. We've found that people actually take less sick time with this approach. Couple that with

We'll review your resume to determine if you're a good fit for our company. We'll also ask you to provide any
certifications you may have. We require all candidates to take proficiency tests in the areas of the position
you're applying for. If you already have a Brainbench Transcript ID, you can supply that to us. If not, you
can subscribe and take Brainbench tests, or simply take the tests we provide you. Upon hire, you will be reimbursed
for the cost of a Brainbench annual subscription. Once on board, we'll put you to work on one of the many ongoing
projects we have both at client sites and in-house.
