Planned growth.  Caelum Technology began business in August 1999. For the first two years, Caelum sold, implemented and customized Microsoft Access-based manufacturing and wholesale distribution systems to small companies.

In late 2001, Caelum changed its direction from Access-based development to overall enterprise client/server solutions. Caelum Technology's mission became oriented toward newer and more robust Microsoft applications such as Visual Basic and SQL Server. With this shift, Caelum began working with small to medium sized companies on more significant, mission critical projects.

Being heavily involved with Microsoft technologies, Caelum Technology once again shifted its focus of development to stay on the leading edge of today's technology solutions. In early 2005, we began to work primarily on the Microsoft .NET Framework, consisting of Visual C#.NET, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.Net and Windows Mobile solutions for Handhelds. This provides our clients with the most robust solutions available on the market.

Beginning in 2006, Caelum Technology opened its Commercial Class Software Division. The focus of this business unit is to provide vertical market software to a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Law Enforcement, Education and Wholesale Distribution to name a few. We will be releasing 2 software lines in 2006, with several more in the research and planning phases slated for 2007 and beyond.

The Future.  From 1999 to today, Caelum Technology has stayed on the cutting edge of Microsoft products like .NET and Windows Mobile so that our clients can continue to benefit from the latest advances in our field. Our commitment to these technologies will keep us and our clients moving forward into new possibilities.
